163;7.20p*h My client is seeking a well spoken, professional and experienced Switchboard operator for their prestigious offices on a business park. You will be managing a busy switchboard dealing with various enquiries and screening and announcing callers and putting them through to the correct dept*contact. You will also be required to assist the receptionists on an adhoc basis covering for lunches etc. Ideally you will have worked on a switchboard before and enjoy working within a team in a switchboard room, but also with the flexibility of being able to assist on reception when required. You will be required from 12th December for approx 2 - 4 weeks depending on length of cover, and must be able to work
12th -16th Dec
28th - 30th Dec & from Jan 3rd onwards
Cover will be required from 8.30am - 6pm - but you will only work a 37.5 hrs - anytime in between these hours.
